Private equity firm Apollo Management has agreed to buy Ohio theme-park company Cedar Fair for $635 million. The Sandusky, Ohio-based company owns and operates 11 amusement parks, five outdoor water parks, and one indoor water park. The deal is pending shareholder approvals.

Gunman Maces Bank Patrons
Saturday morning a gunman entered the Key Bank in Barberton, Ohio. The gunman then reportedly sprayed mace on customers.
