Airliner slams into runway then brakes apart as it careens towards Caribbean Sea

American Airlines flight 331 crashed after a hard landing at the Norman Manley International Airport in Jamaica. All passengers and crew survived. The eight year old Boeing 737-800 lay in 3 pieces on the beach just 15 feet from the Caribbean Sea in Kingston, Jamaica.
